Kersti heads for home on Wednesday morning, I am very sad. She will have a great time back in California, though. She is leaving for five weeks, and I must say I am very jealous, and not just because of the weather. She will be able to buy Cheetos and Dr. Pepper whenever she wants, after all.
The current betting odds are 3:1 as to whether I will survive her absence. I think the odds would be much more against me except that Ormond will continue to make meals for me. So, hopefully I will not overdose on Chef Boyardee.
