I don't have time to go through them to remove duplicates and pick favorites -- so sorry there are an excess of photos. Better than none I suppose? The Cooking class was really great -- we made Pad Thai, Tom Kha Kai soup and Jungle Curry -- all were delicious and we look forward to recreating these masterpieces in the US! So build up your spice tolerance because we like them hot!
